How do I know a driver is on the way?
You can follow your driver on the Point-Bee app. So you’ll know when he or she will arrive. You’ll get a photo of who is picking you up.
How do I pay for my ride?
This is the 21st century, yo. No one carries cash anymore.
When you signed up for Point-Bee, you authorized us to take money directly from the account you specified. So your fare will automatically be charged to the credit card we have on file.
Should I tip?
Tipping your Point-Bee driver is not required, but good karma is . . . well . . . good. So if you enjoyed your ride and experienced courteous service, feel free to add a tip.
Will I get a receipt?
The receipt for your ride with Point-Bee will show up on your app, and a copy will be e-mailed to you. Technology is handy that way.
You can view your ride history at any time by signing in to your Point-Bee account.
What if I left something in the driver’s vehicle?
The Point-Bee app includes the phone number of your driver. If you realize you’ve left something behind, give your driver a call.
If you can’t reach your driver, please visit point-bee.com/lost to arrange the return of your item.
What if I had a bad experience?
You’ll have the opportunity to rate your driver.
